We're north of Dallas, south of Kansas City and just about smack dab in the center of nothing but Green Country. I'm a worshipper of Julia Child, will tweak just about any recipe so it's easier, better or different and I love to cook in my gourmet kitchen. I travel, I eat, I drink, I laugh and love my life! I have a wonderful husband from NYC, a houseful of dogs and cats, grown kids and a full-time job.
